We are seeking a detail-oriented individual, with excellent organizational skills, to fill our immediate opening for a Human Resources/ Office Manager to join our HR team. This position is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office in a global matrix. The HR/Office Manager is based in Clark, the Philippines and will report to the HR Director in Fremont, USA.
Responsibilities Include:
HR Management
- Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding: assist in the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screening, facilitate onboarding process for new hires. Facilitate offboarding for exiting employees.
- Employee Record Management: using a combination of files and online database BambooHR, maintain up to date employee records.
- Benefits Administration: support in the administration of all employee benefit plans including health insurance, retirement, wellness.
- HR Policies and Compliance: assist in the development and implementation of existing policies and new processes ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: handle basic employee matters and serve as point of contact for HR related inquiries.
- Performance Management: support the performance management process including annual performance reviews.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and other HR related initiatives.
- Data Management: compile as needed HR metrics for the PH region.
Office Management
- Facility Management: oversee organization of office space, including supplies and office facilities coordination with corporate Ops Team.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence and document preparation as needed.; manage meeting and event logistics as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
- Employee Support and Team Collaboration: Address employee inquiries as needed, foster a positive work environment.
- Project: Other ad-hoc projects as necessary
Essential Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years in Human Resources or office manager role.
- Basic knowledge of HR/Office fundamentals.
- Knowledge of local PH laws and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen is a plus
- Attention to details.
- Strong computers skills including Excel and Word. HRIS Skills a plus.
- Team player and solid communication; strong interpersonal skills including conscientiousness, diplomacy, flexibility, dependability, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing a plus.
